About Me
My name is Keneda Lynch, I was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida where my passion for helping and serving others began. In 2010, I decided to move to Orlando, Florida where I pursued a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a minor in Health sciences at the University of Central Florida. While in school, I obtained the role as a Case manager where I mentored and provided therapeutic intervention services such as counseling, life skills, and child development curriculum to troubled teen mothers.
Although I felt compelled to help teen mothers, I discovered through schooling and work experience that I also desired to be a Labor and Delivery nurse. While working full-time as a case manager, I completed my degree in 2016 and earned a position at Winnie Palmer Hospital (One of the busiest delivery wards in the country) as a Labor and delivery/OR PACU nurse. After working as a nurse for 3 years, I continued my education journey by earning a Master’s degree in nursing education/leadership.
Throughout my tenure at Winnie Palmer and later at St. Joseph Women's Hospital in Tampa, Florida I've been able to help thousands of diverse families bring new life into this world. I’ve specialized in OR/PACU, postpartum, NICU, and now Lactation. While assisting families transition into postpartum, I observed parents lacking information and confidence with breastfeeding. This inspired me to obtain my lactation certificate in 2019. Although breastfeeding is the best source of nutrition for most babies, without evidence based education and guided support it can be intimidating and overwhelming.
Being a breastfeeding mother who also experienced some challenges, I understand the importance of help and I want to provide you with the education and support needed. Please feel free to give me a call or book a consult.

Naomi
Keneda has been such a wonderful support in my breast-feeding Journey as a new mom with many questions. She helped me improve my production with pumping. She also cared for my mental health and my baby girl.
I was very prone to clogged ducts and was ready to give up when my baby girl was about 1 month old, but thanks to Keneda, I am 10 months postpartum and still breast-feeding. When I was ready to give up she encouraged me, walked through every step on how to properly milk express and how to properly massage. When I felt discouraged she was cheering me on with encouragement. She is amazing with both mom and babies. She will educate you not only on breastfeeding but labor & delivery, and newborn care after birth. I definitely recommend her. You will not regret it!

I never thought that breastfeeding would be so challenging and overwhelming. I wanted to quit so many times, but Keneda would not let me give up on my breastfeeding goals. Her encouragement and calming personality reassured me that I could push through. I am grateful for her guidance. Thanks to her I breastfed my daughter for 15 months!

I was scheduled for an induction, and was SUPER nervous. Keneda grabbed my hands and had me take a few deep breaths, sat down next to me and told me that everything would be ok. She educated both my husband and I on our induction plan, and breastfeeding expectations/goals. I will always be grateful for her passion, attentiveness and thorough education. My labor experience was better than I could have ever planned or expected and it's because of her. I rave about her every time I tell my birthing experience. I am currently still breastfeeding my son and meeting her was the best thing that could have ever happened to us.

Birth is such a beautifully terrifying process & I have personally been on both sides, as a labor & delivery nurse & a new mom. As a patient, you look to your nurse for knowledge, comfort & reassurance. As a nurse you look to your coworkers for experience, support & a resource. Keneda possesses all these qualities & more. I have witnessed her ease the anxieties & fears of new parents, seen her advocate for patients when providers recommendations don’t align with patients birth plans, & seen her maintain dignity & respect for patients during vulnerable moments like cervical exams & delivering a baby. During emergencies, she is the first one on the scene & is ready to assist in any way necessary. Her experience allows her to quickly assess situations & implement appropriate interventions. All her patients absolutely love her & I am just thankful to have been able to work beside her & learn from her.
